• Use the mobile app to see reviews others have written about you. To see reviews you wrote, you’ll need to use a computer.
• To see reviews others wrote about you in the mobile app, go to Profile > Show profile.
• To see reviews from others on a computer, go to Account > Go to profile.
• To see reviews you’ve written, click the menu, go to Account > Go to profile > Reviews by you.

3. Open the Airbnb app on your Android, iPhone, or iPad.

If you don’t have the Airbnb app, you can download it from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

• You can only see reviews that others have written about you or your listing in the mobile app. If you want to see reviews you’ve written, you’ll need to access the Airbnb website on your computer.

4. Tap Profile.

It is in the bottom-right corner, represented by a small human icon

5. Tap Show profile.

It is at the top of the page, just beneath your name.

6. Scroll to the bottom and tap Show more reviews.

Just scrolling to the bottom of your profile page will allow you to view your most recent reviews.

• To see all of your reviews, tap the white button below.

7. Go to https://www.airbnb.com in your computer’s web browser.

This will open the Airbnb home page, where you can read reviews you’ve written, as well as reviews written about you or your property.

• If you aren’t logged into Airbnb, click Log In in the top-right corner of the window and then enter your login information before you proceed.

8. Click your profile icon.

It’s a circle in the top-right corner of the webpage. A drop-down menu will appear.

9. Click Account.

This option is towards the bottom of the drop-down menu.

10. Click Go to profile.

The page will include several tiles, but we don’t need those right now. Instead, tap the bolded Go to profile button located just above the tiles.

11. Look through your reviews.

The page will include each review a host has left for you, and reviews others have left for a property you host.

• Reviews are listed in chronological order, and any reviews written in another language will be translated into your native language.
• You may need to click on a longer review to read it in its entirety.

12. Click Reviews by you.
