You’ll need space for them too.

Divide the place into sections. Maybe the kids’ section on the left, etc.

Decades ago, libraries checked books in and out by stamping a card in the back of the book.
Today’s libraries are computerized, tracking circulation, overdue books and adding new books digitally.
Computerized libraries are faster and more efficient.
Plus it’s easier for patrons to search the catalog.
However, they’re also more expensive.

This is to check on the library stands and keep them clean.

Even if you can cover some of the startup costs.
An ongoing library project requires ongoing funding.
One way to do this is to establish a library foundation.

Foundations are also eligible for a wider range of grants than individuals or government libraries.
It also helps to have a “friends of the library” organization that raises money in the community.
